3. Appointment bookings

Dietetic care is a healthcare service provided by a regulated health profession and falls outside the distance-contract provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 3(3)(b)) and Greek Law 2251/1994; in any event, no paid contract is concluded through the website.

The website’s content (articles, recipes, general tips) is for information only and does not replace individual dietetic or medical advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

5. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, photographs, logo, marks) is the intellectual property of its owner, unless otherwise stated, and is protected under Greek Law 2121/1993. You may store or print extracts for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution.

6. Liability — external links

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Chalkida have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. For consumer disputes you may also contact the Greek Consumer’s Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
